30-minute session onboarding call

We will kick off our VIP Intensive with a 30 minute call to review your intake questionnaire and discuss your needs and pain points
During this call, we will also determine the most important dashboard elements for you and your business. We want to determine the most important, because these will be the ultimate “have to finish” pages for your dashboard
We’ll touch on any other questions you have in the process and other ways you like to work best

Voxer support during the day of your intensive

During your VIP day, we’ll become business besties as I spend the day getting your operations organized
Most of the information will be covered in your intake form and onboarding call, but you or a team member will need to be available in case something comes up
The day is yours! Got questions? Hit me up. But no changes or additions can be made once we have settled on them during your initial call because that could hamper the amount of work I can get done for you.

We’ll go through every aspect of your dashboard, showing you the ropes, where everything is stored, and how to best utilize it for your company and your business
Ask all of your burning questions during this 30 minute session!
The system is super easy to use, so you’ll have no problem getting the hang of it

30 days of ongoing support with your strategist

You have access to me for 30 days after your VIP intensive has concluded, so don’t think I’ll leave you high and dry to figure out any questions that might pop up!
Most of your support will be in the form of email, but you will be given extra phone call support as well
Two (2) phone calls during the 30 day support window to discuss any hiccups you might have (most people don’t even need these!) – in the event that you need to share your screen, Zoom will be available.

I love helping other female entrepreneurs take action, but please don’t purchase this intensive if you do not have the time right now to do the pre-work necessary. There are no refunds once your session is booked, so be sure to ask questions that aren’t answered below and make sure you or someone on your team will be available during the day of your intensive if questions arise.

Once you complete your purchase, you will be directed to a link to schedule your intensive day (they are done on Thursdays). Your email will contain instructions and pre-work questions that will help identify your productivity goals and strategies. Your pre-work packet is due at least 3 days before we start your day so that I have time to determine the strategy for your personal workspace.

It’s your intensive day! By the end of the day, you’ll have your centralized operations hub specifically for your business!

Our action plan is based on the priorities you set forth in your pre-work. Please make sure you or a capable person on your team will be available throughout the day in case questions arise. We will connect via Voxer (a messaging app), but the pre-work should be thorough enough to get most of the work done without too many interruptions. At the end of the day, we will review your finished hub!

WHAT WILL MY DAY RATE COVER?

Great question!

We will cover your personal productivity and workflows (pre-work) during your onboarding call,
Take a look at your current plans in your business and home life and determine the best way to streamline,
Determine the best way to centralize your files and documents,
Determine what’s on your to-do list is your next best course of action.
During your day you receive access to my time via a text app called Voxer,
Your finished company dashboard,
Plus 30 days of additional support and discounted pricing for future pages and tech support.

HOW IS THE DASHBOARD BUILT?

Your business dashboard hub is built inside a program called Coda.io. If you’ve heard of Notion, it’s very similar, but I prefer the functionality and aesthetics of Coda because I think it provides a fantastic user experience for beginners.

DO I HAVE TO USE CODA? WHAT IF I WANT TO USE SOMETHING ELSE? DOES CODA.IO COST ANYTHING?

You are not obligated to use Coda as your company dashboard, although I highly recommend it. If you are curious to know more about it, view the walkthrough of a sample dashboard (above). If you have a system you would prefer to use instead, I will definitely accommodate and adapt to your preferred program or company drive. Coda is free for a certain amount of data. The sample dashboard has a lot of pages and is on the upgraded plan, but you can get unlimited data for just $10-12 a month.

AM I COMMITTED TO A CERTAIN TIMELINE?

No, the 1-day intensive is based on when you schedule your session. Sessions are offered on Thursdays as available, but keep in mind you will receive a pre-work questionnaire that will need to be completed at least 3 days before your scheduled session. You are allowed to reschedule once — only for emergencies. I only schedule 4 intensives a month, so if you reschedule, it takes away a day that could have gone to someone else. If you need to reschedule a second time (or cancel), your payment is non-refundable and your day will be forfeited.

WHEN IS THE PAYMENT DUE? DO YOU HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN?

Payment in full is due at the time of purchase. This lets me know that you are committed and gives me enough time to review your intake forms and questionnaire. If you need a payment plan, please reach out before purchasing to see if we can work out a plan. However, full payment is still due one week before your first session, so creating a payment plan could delay the start of your intensive.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

This is a specialized service that is only offered a few times per month. The pre-work and onboarding requires a lot of time and prep work, so there are no refunds for this service. Please be ready to commit to having a systems strategist and being held accountable for doing the work. You’ve got this! If you have to reschedule more than once (emergencies only) or cancel, your payment and your day will be forfeited.
